Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of getsizo.com, the SiZo demo and the SiZo owner app, operated by SiZo Property Management, LLC ("SiZo," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
The demo
The interactive demo is a demonstration, not a live property service. Its properties are fictional and its replies are simulated. Don't rely on it for real guest communication.
The free trial
The free trial covers one listing for 30 days. No card is required. Before any charge, we agree pricing with you in writing. If you don't continue, the trial simply ends.
Using the site and app
Don't misuse them: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer them, and no unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
Paid service
If you subscribe to SiZo, your subscription is also governed by the order or agreement you accept. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
Your content
You own the property details, messages and documents you provide. You give us permission to use them only to operate and improve SiZo for you. You are responsible for making sure your property information is accurate, and for not storing door codes, Social Security numbers or bank account numbers in SiZo.
AI-assisted replies
SiZo drafts replies from the property details you approve and routes uncertain or sensitive requests to you. Replies send on their own only for routine questions, and only when you've turned off draft-only mode. You remain responsible for your property, your guests and decisions such as refunds, exceptions and repairs.
Telling guests about AI
Where the law requires it, you're responsible for telling your guests and tenants that replies may be drafted or sent with AI.
Replies you approve
Replies you approve, edit or send are yours. You're responsible for them and for the property information SiZo works from.
Ending the service
You can stop using SiZo at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse SiZo or break these terms, and we'll tell you why.
Our content
The site, app, software, brand and materials are owned by SiZo and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
No warranty
The site, demo and app are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SiZo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, demo or app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or $100 if you haven't paid us).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
