Privacy Policy
SiZo Property Management, LLC ("SiZo," "we," "us") makes a guest concierge for short-term rental hosts and property managers, and the SiZo owner app. This policy covers getsizo.com, the SiZo demo at getsizo.com/demo and the SiZo app. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Trial and contact details. Your name, email address, company (optional) and how many doors you run, when you request a trial or walkthrough or email us.
- Account and property information. If you become a customer: your account email, your organization, and the property guides you write (check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, house rules and similar).
- Guest and tenant messages. When a guest or tenant writes to one of your properties, the messages and the replies SiZo, you or your team send.
- Documents and photos you add in the app. Leases, inspections, insurance and other files you scan or upload, and checklist photos. We never ask for, and you shouldn't upload, door codes, Social Security numbers or bank account numbers.
- Device data in the app. A push notification token, so we can tell you when a request needs you.
- Anonymous usage data. On getsizo.com and in the app we count actions such as page views, button taps and requests resolved, using a random ID that isn't linked to your name or email. We don't use cookies for this, we don't use your IP address to work out your location, and we don't record message text, names or addresses in analytics. In the app you can turn this off in Settings → Share usage analytics.
- Crash reports from the app. Technical details of an error (device model, OS version, where the app crashed), without your personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your trial or walkthrough request and set up your account.
- To run the service: answer guest questions from your approved property details, route exceptions to you, notify you, and store your documents.
- To secure, fix and improve SiZo.
Text messages. If SiZo texts with you or your guests, we don't sell or share phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone for marketing. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites. Requesting a trial does not add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers that process information only to provide their service to us:
- Wix (website, trial form, contacts and the demo)
- Supabase (app accounts, data and document storage)
- Anthropic (drafting replies from your approved guides)
- Twilio (text messages)
- Expo (app updates and push notifications)
- PostHog (anonymous product analytics) and Sentry (crash reports)
- Microsoft (email)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your request, then delete or anonymize it. If you delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), we delete your login, your team memberships and your device's push tokens right away. Data that belongs to your organization (guides, messages, documents) stays with the organization, so your team keeps working. To delete all of your organization's data, email us from an owner's address; we delete it within 30 days, and backup copies expire on their normal schedule after that.
Your choices
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing admin@sizoproperty.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Guests and tenants of our customers
If you are a guest or tenant writing to a property that uses SiZo, the host or property manager controls those messages and documents. Contact them first, and we'll help them respond to your request.
Children
SiZo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the changes on this page.
